Return Policy

Purchased items are unreturnable if worn or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return your purchase from Petrified Panda, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Petrified Panda address. Include your receipt, contact info, and a brief description for why you are returning the purchase - OR - if you want to exchange the purchase for another product, state which one you want to exchange the return for. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you if necessary.

Prior to making a return please send us an email at: contact@petrifiedpanda.net and also include your contact info along with the description for why you are returning the purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
